Doctor LaFrom has been keeping up with the latest in dental technology and materials by taking eight weekends of seminars at Univerity of Pacific in San Francisco. He is being trained in the absolute latest technology in AESTHETIC DENTISTRY and cosmetic dentistry. The entire staff attended the first conference and the assistants have been attending the follow up courses. Dr. LaFrom is a part of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry which is an International Organization of dentists committed to providing only the very best dentistry possible. He recently returned from a 4 day conference with the AACD, learning about all the latest materials and techniques with a thousand of his colleagues in Florida. We also only use certain qualified dental labs for our aesthetic laboratories, since the quality must be there as well in the materials.

In August, Dr. LaFrom attended the World Congress of Microdentistry Conference. This conference had many of the top leaders in dentistry together for our annual meeting to share laboratory and clinical results of the various materials that we are using in dentistry.We had lecturers from Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Viet Nam, and of course, United States. In addition, we discuss the use of LASERS and MICRO-Air-ABRASION to offer our patients early, minimally invasive care to prevent or minimize the damage caused by decay through early and acurate detection.

Doctor LaFrom is also involved in the Silicon Valley Implant Study Club in which we have about twenty dentists along with a couple specialists meet about once a month to share challenging cases, learn from the experts, and continue to offer incredible dentistry which is available only through the use of IMPLANT DENTISTRY. Next month, Dr. LaFrom will be giving a presentation to the fellow dentists showing a complex case that we are in the middle of treating.
